HRBP, Manager

About Our Client

Our client is a locally listed renewable energy company seeking for a HRBP, Manager to join their team to drive HR strategy, implement new policies, and lead performance management.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Group HR function end‑to‑end, aligning people strategies, policies, and practices with overall business objectives and company culture.
    • Oversee full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, payroll, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Drive performance and rewards governance, managing the annual appraisal cycle, bonus payouts, and merit increment processes.
    • Ensure compliance and sound governance across labour laws, HR best practices, corporate licensing, and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead and develop the HR & Administration team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to maximise team effectiveness.
    • Oversee corporate services and IT coordination, including office administration, vendor management, systems governance, cybersecurity, and digital improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar. Additional certifications such as PHR, SHRM, etc. are good to have.
    • Comes with around 6 - 8 years of HR experience, with prior people management experience.
    • Fluent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong judgment and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Adaptable and agile, with strong organizational skills.
