The Role

A varied, high-impact position at the heart of a growing business.

• Oversee full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and workforce planning
• Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of a new HR management platform
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Malaysian employment legislation, including JTK and JTP requirements
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across a diverse, multicultural workforce
• Provide leadership and day-to-day guidance to a small HR team

What We're Looking For

A commercially aware HR professional ready to lead with confidence.

• At least 2-3 years' experience in an HR management or leadership capacity
• Background in a fast-paced sector such as F&B, retail, or construction
• Experience in supporting an organisation with a headcount of 200 or more
• Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment law and IR/ER practices
• Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to process improvement and system adoption
• A confident communicator with a collaborative and adaptable leadership style
