The Role
A broad, hands-on position that puts you at the heart of HR delivery.
  • Overseeing end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, with confident use of HR systems
  • Managing employee and industrial relations matters, including attendance and conduct issues
  • Supporting training and development initiatives and employee engagement, with a strong working knowledge of the Employment Act
  • Reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook
What We're Looking For
You will need to be comfortable working independently and managing multiple HR priorities with confidence and structure.
  • Broad generalist HR experience with strong HRIS and systems proficiency
  • Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and the Employment Act
  • A proven track record in handling industrial relations and employee conduct matters
  • Experience streamlining HR processes, documentation and policy frameworks
