Head, Portfolio Risk

I am partnering with a well established Financial Service to identify a leader for their Integrated Portfolio Risk management division. You will drive the bank's portfolio risk strategy, lead stress testing and capital optimisation efforts, and ensure the bank remains resilient and competitive under evolving economic and regulatory conditions - including climate risk.

The objective of this role is:

• Setting the overall portfolio risk direction and ensuring the bank maintains a sound, forward-looking credit risk posture

• Driving RWA optimisation and ensuring efficient capital usage aligned to Basel/BNM requirements

• Overseeing integrated stress testing, reverse stress testing, and climate stress testing frameworks

• Strengthening the bank's risk analytics, modelling capability, and governance

• Providing strategic insights to senior management for risk-adjusted growth and capital planning
