Head of UE

Job Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder management.
• Apply design thinking to the end-to-end customer experience.
• Ability to provide design guidance, mentorship, and collaborate with the UX team.
• Identify key opportunities to improve user experience across the organization and oversee the entire process from inception through delivery.
• Ability to identify and collaborate with cross-functional teams, form alliances and gather requirements in a timely manner.
• Develop, apply, and help oversee design, component, and brand standards across the team.
• Seek out and discover valuable learnings and insights that help define and drive opportunities to improve user experiences.
• Translate business goals and requirements into effective digital experiences that help users.
• Work closely with product management team and help conduct usability validation and A/B testing and don the role of a user researcher.
• Work closely with other cross functional stakeholders such as PD, BO, Tech and Architecture teams to bring your designs to life.
• Take ownership of all the UX projects across the entire product portfolio as a whole, following them from concept to launch and continuously look for the best ways to solve business problems and improve the customer experience.
• Contribute and assist in managing a design pattern library that helps keep our products unified and cohesive, and in sync with our product designs and experience

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of professional experience as a UX designer, graphic designer, visual designer or similar role in mobile and web design industry is required for this position.
• Strong proficiency with UX Related Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin and related development tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
