About our client

Our client is a global Distribution MNC who excels in their services within fast paced industry sectors. They are currently in process of seeking talented Supply chain professionals to join them as a Head of Supply Chain.


Responsibilities

• Spearhead a team of Demand & Supply Planners who works closely with the clients on achieve company/client objectives
• Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans
• Develop demand and supply plan based on business trends and demand patterns to ensure smooth operations
• Develop annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
• Work closely with customer's Supply Chain and Commercial team to align market demand and optimize supply chain

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management/logistics or related field
• 10 years working experience in demand planning and inventory control with high volume fast paced industries (FMCG, F&B, Food)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven capabilities in managing and aligning both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong in leadership, analytics, proble solving mindset
• Customer centric experience is preferred
