Head of Project Management

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing project demands with available capacity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing multiple project managers and business analysts in the commercial industry (E-commerce, retail, F&B, automotive etc)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the commercial industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on delivering results.
