Head of Post Approval Review

Main Responsibility:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the post-approval credit review for Business Banking, Consumer and Emerging Business (SME) portfolio
• Conduct post-approval credit review for Business Banking portfolio including raising credit observations to Business Units for formal responses.
• Track for closure on those credit observations which required actions to be taken by Business Units
• Establish and review the post-approval credit review process and framework and sampling guidelines to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements as well as group policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of working knowledge and experience in Business Banking, Consumer and/ or SME lending business portfolio.
• Strong knowledge in the end-to-end credit risk process from credit risk assessment and credit approval to credit risk monitoring activities
• Matured, analytical, objective and with proven leadership track record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as job requires frequent interactions with Senior Management and presentation at Board Risk Management Committee
