The Role:

As Head of Operation, you will be required to comply on the high performances service level to customer. This position will report to country manager and other of the responsibilities and requirements as below:

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead hands-on a small team to handle all customer & merchant operations in Malaysia
  • Monitor individual staff and overall team progress to keep track of pending/completed tasks
  • Decide on service recovery for customer and merchant issue
  • Ensure goals to meet & exceed team targets for case closures in time & other SLAs
  • Plan and monitor daily/weekly task progress to support sales in monthly targets
  • Work as a team together with also the marketing & sales team to achieve country goals
  • Planning and execution of new partners on boarding/training
  • Weekly/monthly update of management reports for key performance indicators
  • Weekly e-meeting with all global operation teams to discuss obstacles & news

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years background in operation's management
  • Experience to lead a small to medium size team
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
  • Experience working in a fast-paced international start-up environment
  • High level of emotional intelligence & social skills to quickly understand user/merchant concerns
  • High level of responsibility and attention to details to follow and develop critical processes
  • Experience working with salesforce, service cloud, JIRA
  • Have good connections with the FMCG, F&B and Retail industry.
