The Role

Driving operational excellence across multi-site manufacturing:

• Own full P&L accountability for all production operations across multiple UAE sites
• Champion lean transformation, driving OEE gains, waste elimination, and consistent process standards
• Spearhead SAP integration and real-time digital manufacturing adoption across all shop-floor operations
• Ensure full compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer quality standards
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, and capex delivery, including capacity expansion and layout changes
• Identify and develop the next tier of operational leaders, building a culture rooted in discipline and customer accountability

What We're Looking For

A hands-on, process-driven leader with a track record of delivering results at scale:

• 25+ years in manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role
• Background in rigid plastic packaging manufacturing - ISBM, two-stage, EBM, or IM processes
• Lean/Six Sigma expertise - Black Belt preferred
• Proven SAP manufacturing digitisation experience
• Demonstrated multi-site operations leadership
• A natural coach who builds accountability and drives performance through people
