The Role
Ready to lead? Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Partnering the site leadership team to co-develop and execute strategic growth plans over a 3-5 year horizon
  • Delivering financial analytics and insight to support sound, data-driven business decisions
  • Leading the full reporting cycle - budgets, forecasts and plans - with accuracy and on time
  • Investigating variances and embedding continuous improvement principles across the finance function
  • Ensuring full compliance with local statutory, regulatory and Group financial requirements
  • Providing robust financial modelling and costing support for commercial bids and contracts
  • Upholding the Group's control framework and maintaining strong governance across all key risks
  • Developing and mentoring the on-site finance team to build long-term capability

What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate brings both the technical expertise and the leadership presence:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, ideal to be supported by a professional accountancy qualification
  • Proven track record in senior finance roles within a manufacturing environment - essential
  • Strong business partnering, planning, forecasting and analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a finance team
  • Comfortable operating within a global matrix organisation and reporting to senior leadership
  • A confident, articulate communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • A collaborative, positive leader who thrives in team-oriented environments
  • Experience supporting businesses through periods of significant growth and change is a strong advantage
