Head of Ecommerce

Our client is a well-recognised footwear and lifestyle brand with a strong global presence, and are seeking for a Head of Ecommerce to join their team. You will be responsible to grow the company's marketplace operations, owning commercial performance while driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
    • Lead the overall marketplace business, owning commercial performance across revenue, margins, and cost efficiency.
    • Define and deliver growth targets, supported by robust sales forecasting, demand planning, and performance tracking.
    • Shape and execute marketplace strategy across key platforms, driving traffic, conversion, and sustainable GMV growth.
    • Own pricing and campaign effectiveness, including major platform events, to maximise profitability and ROI.
    • Partner closely with supply chain and operations to ensure inventory readiness and strong execution during peak periods.
    • Use data and market insights to guide decisions, strengthening brand consistency, competitive positioning, and online performance.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 8 - 10 years of ecommerce experience, with prior experience both in an agency and in-house setting an added advantage.
  • Strong command of marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and others.
  • Keen eye for market trends with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
  • Prior experience in leading large, high-performing teams.
