The Role
Own the deposit and transaction banking agenda across key customer segments.
  • Drive market share growth across deposits and payments to strengthen the capital base
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop interest rate strategies that maximise revenue
  • Oversee the liabilities business, debit/ATM card portfolio and transaction banking operations
  • Collaborate with branch networks and internal stakeholders to achieve retail deposit objectives
  • Champion full adherence to regulatory requirements and group compliance frameworks
  • Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across the portfolio
What We're Looking For
A results-driven leader with deep retail banking expertise and a track record of delivery.
  • Degree-qualified with extensive experience in retail banking product management, ideally across a sizeable liabilities portfolio
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset who can translate vision into measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong communicator and stakeholder manager, able to influence effectively across all levels
  • Self-directed and energetic, with a proven ability to motivate diverse teams and lead with confidence through change
