Our client is a premier global operations center for a well-known international bank currently seeking a Head of Customer Engagement to handle the alerts as per current policies and procedures. The bank itself is a tier-1 bank operating across all areas of retail, corporate and investment banking
The Role is to lead the team to drive Customer Retention through proactive and reactive retention actions based on profitability segmentation, loyalty metrics and portfolio behavior on Cards products.
- Min 6 years working experience in handling retention management in the banking industry.
- Experience in handling credit cards and good understanding on credit card process
- Develop strategic plans to deliver plan targets on Customer Attrition to achieve Net Customer Growth while maximizing Fees.
- Ensure the execution of Retention and Fee activities are monitored closely to achieve plans
- Strong financial and analytical skills
