Head of Branding & Marketing Communications

Our client is a locally-founded diversified group with core businesses, with a focus on property development. They are seeking for a Head of Branding & Marketing Communications to join their team to drive brand innovation and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
    • Lead and evolve the overall brand strategy, driving brand refresh initiatives, brand innovation, and long‑term positioning to strengthen relevance, differentiation, and emotional connection with target audiences.
    • Own the integrated marketing and communications strategy, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across corporate, digital, PR, campaigns, internal communications, and key stakeholder touchpoints.
    • Translate business objectives into impactful marketing plans, leveraging insights, creativity, and data to drive awareness, reputation, and commercial results.
    • Champion brand governance and excellence, setting clear brand guidelines, safeguarding visual and verbal identity, and ensuring consistent execution across all business units and channels.
    • Lead corporate communications and reputation management, including leadership messaging, key announcements, crisis communications, and media engagement where required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant.
  • Comes with at least 8 - 10 years of branding and marketing communications experience. Prior experience in lifestyle-driven consumer services would be an added advantage.
  • Comes with bold creativity and strong sense of innovation.
  • Consumer-centric with strong professionalism.
