The Role

Own the audit cycle from planning to reporting - your key responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the annual audit plan and preparing Board Audit Committee reports
• Executing audits and assessing the adequacy of internal controls
• Coordinating with external auditors and specialist assurance providers
• Drafting audit findings reports and agreeing remediation plans with management
• Tracking outstanding issues and ensuring timely resolution of agreed actions
• Leading ad-hoc investigations, including whistleblowing matters
• Coaching junior team members and continuously improving audit processes

What We're Looking For

An experienced, self-driven audit professional with a collaborative approach:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, Law, or a related field
• Professional qualification (CIA, CRMA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent) is advantageous
• 8-10 years of internal audit experience, ideally with Big 4 exposure
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent written English
• Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team
• Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 30% of the time)
