The Role
Driving financial performance and strategy across the group, you'll be responsible for:
  • Setting and executing financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and regional expansion
  • Leading consolidated reporting, statutory compliance, and stakeholder communications
  • Overseeing treasury, capital structure, and funding arrangements
  • Spearheading M&A activity, corporate exercises, and investment decisions
  • Building and maintaining robust risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Driving digital transformation across finance operations and systems
  • Developing and inspiring a high-performing, multi-country finance team

What We're Looking For
A strong fit for this role will typically offer:
  • A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent)
  • Senior leadership experience within a public listed company, ideally in healthcare or life sciences
  • A demonstrable track record in M&A, corporate exercises, and capital markets activity
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including board, investor, and regulatory engagement
