The Role
Spanning financial control, commercial analysis, and strategic support, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing management accounts and financial reports to support executive decision-making
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting cycle, with clear, action-oriented commentary on risks and opportunities
  • Evaluating project profitability, capex decisions, and marketing spend performance
  • Supporting commercial teams on margin analysis, pricing, and distributor reviews
  • Overseeing working capital, cash flow forecasting, and FX management
  • Strengthening internal controls and driving process improvements, including via SAP

What We're Looking For
Beyond the numbers, this role calls for someone agile, grounded, and commercially astute. You'll need:
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • A solid background in financial control or senior finance, with exposure to manufacturing or food production
  • A working understanding of plant operations and supply chain dynamics
  • The ability to lead a finance team and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • A hands-on approach, paired with the maturity and business acumen to operate at leadership level
