The Role:

You'll drive end-to-end finance process change at the intersection of finance and IT.

• Redesign and optimise core finance processes including RTR, OTC, PTP, and FP&A
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and map future-state processes
• Coordinate communication across global finance, IT, and vendor teams
• Manage project delivery from UAT through go-live, training, and knowledge transfer
• Support finance systems, resolving issues in partnership with IT
• Build automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools including Power BI, UiPath, and Power Automate
• Define and track KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

A finance-savvy professional who bridges process and technology.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related discipline
• Experience in business analysis, project management, and change management
• Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP FI, Concur, Ariba, Blackline, or ServiceNow
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Digital mindset with exposure to automation and generative AI platforms
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, LEAN, or Six Sigma are a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
