Finance Manager (Fully Remote)

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established multinational organization within the building materials and construction solutions industry. With a strong global footprint, the company is recognized for delivering innovative, high-quality products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post payroll, credit provision, bad debt, inventory provision, and FDMEE journals
• Post accruals using model journal templates and prepare supporting documentation
• Process sales rebate and netting journals
• Perform FX revaluation journal entries
• Review and verify journal entries for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with IC in-house PICs and AP teams
• Chase price lists for IC suppliers
• Conduct IC netting and reconciliation processes and related journal entries
• Download and distribute SAP reports including SM37 batch jobs
• Conduct signature verification and document validation

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting or shared services
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with Employment Hero and Power BI is a plus
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and USGAAP / intercompany accounting
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
