Finance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a renowned healthcare company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be responsible for finance and accounting matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Financial Controller, based in Sunway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Lead the audit, direct and indirect tax matters for the group of companies.
• Take charge of implementation of new accounting standards.
• Act as the advisor and reviewer of existing accounting policies for the Group.
• Active involvement in cash flow reports.
• Closely liaise with global stakeholders for reporting matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MUST be a professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial reporting experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit in a Big 4 Firm.
• Exposure to Oracle accounting software will be a big advantage.
• Possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
