Based in Selangor and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll shape financial strategy, put in place structure and processes, and build the frameworks that underpin long-term, sustainable growth across multiple markets.

The Role
A leadership position for multiple entities:
  • Lead financial and management reporting across regional entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations
  • Drive the annual budgeting and operating planning process, with rolling forecasts and scenario modelling
  • Oversee profitability analysis, delivery teams, and country entities - including gross margin, and EBITDA
  • Manage multi-jurisdiction finance operations across SEA
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate financial data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Lead and develop a lean regional finance team, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

A seasoned finance professional with deep technical expertise and penchant for budgeting and forecasting:
  • 12-15 years in Finance & Accounting
  • Proven background in professional services industry
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity finance operations
  • A hands-on leader comfortable managing and developing a lean finance team
