Finance Controlling Analyst (6-12 Months Contract, Mandarin)

This role sits within a global finance shared services function, supporting China markets in financial controlling, statutory reporting, and governance.

The position focuses on financial integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy, while partnering with local finance teams and senior stakeholders to ensure strong control frameworks and regulatory adherence.



What you will do

• Support finance controlling activities across multiple markets in a shared services setup
• Manage month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee balance sheet governance and resolve variances
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Support statutory reporting, tax, and transfer pricing activities
• Partner with finance stakeholders to resolve issues and provide insights
• Contribute to process improvements, standardisation, and efficiency initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Finance / Accounting
• 3-7 years in controlling / accounting / R2R
• Mandarin proficiency (essential)
• Strong balance sheet & month-end experience
• Knowledge of controls, audit, compliance
• Exposure to tax / statutory reporting (plus)
• SAP / ERP + Excel skills
• Good stakeholder communication
• Shared services / MNC experience
