Finance Transformation | Manager / Senior Manager
📍 Kuala Lumpur

I'm working on a confidential opportunity within a leading professional services / consulting environment, looking to strengthen their Finance Consulting team.

This is not a traditional Finance role. The team works with financial institutions and businesses on finance transformation, operating model and finance improvement initiatives - helping clients solve complex finance challenges and improve the way their finance functions operate.

For Manager level - Finance SME / Delivery
* Lead finance transformation and advisory projects from solution design through implementation
* Bring strong technical finance knowledge across areas such as finance operating model, reporting, FP&A, controllership or process improvement
* Work closely with project teams and clients to translate business requirements into practical finance solutions
* Manage project delivery and mentor junior team members

For Senior Manager level - Client-facing / Advisory
* Lead senior client conversations and shape finance transformation opportunities
* Advise CFO / Finance leadership teams on finance strategy, operating model and transformation
* Drive business development, proposal development and client relationships
* Lead complex engagements and provide direction to project teams
