The Role
Make an impact from day one across these key areas:
  • Install, test, and commission medical equipment at customer sites across Malaysia
  • Respond to breakdown calls and technical complaints, providing both remote and on-site support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and network issues efficiently
  • Prepare service documentation including repair reports, calibration records, and PPM contracts
  • Record and manage all service activities using a digital CMMS platform
  • Spot and develop technical sales opportunities that contribute to service revenue growth
  • Support product training, demonstrations, and promotional events when required
What We're Looking For
You will bring the following to the table:
  • 0-3 years of experience in technical service, equipment repair, or field engineering.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in optical instruments, surveying equipment, precision measurement systems, or related engineering industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and hardware troubleshooting skills
  • A valid manual driving licence - essential for this role
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across Malaysia (accommodation provided for outstation trips)
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for learning
  • Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
