The Role
You'll be the driving force behind in-store coaching across multiple locations, helping teams reach their potential and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Deliver hands-on, in-store coaching on customer engagement, product knowledge, and selling skills
  • Identify performance gaps and create personalised development plans for individuals and teams
  • Partner with Retail and Training Managers to align coaching priorities with business objectives
  • Support new team members through practical, on-the-floor onboarding guidance
  • Foster a customer-first mindset through behaviour-led coaching and leading by example
  • Conduct regular store visits and maintain structured coaching reports and follow-up plans
  • Share insights with leadership to inform training improvements and development tracking
What We're Looking For
A people-first professional with a retail background and a genuine passion for developing others.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Training, or a related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in retail, sales coaching, or training - ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or fashion
  • A warm, supportive coaching style with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a varied, multi-store schedule
  • Flexible to travel regularly and work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
