The Role
Here's what you'll own day to day:
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines to surface financial crime trends, anomalies, and emerging risks
  • Developing MI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to senior management
  • Challenging key risk indicator movements and distinguishing real risk from noise
  • Interpreting trends across regions and recommending meaningful business actions
  • Maintaining and coordinating governance frameworks consistently across the organisation
  • Partnering with Group Risk, Compliance, and local financial crime teams on reporting standards
What We're Looking For
You'll need to bring:
  • 5+ years in data analytics and internal controls within a financial crime or risk management environment
  • A solid grasp of AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud, and related financial crime regulations
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with hands-on experience in risk and compliance tools
  • The confidence to present complex findings clearly to senior-level audiences
  • CAMS, ICA Financial Crime, or equivalent certification (preferred)
