The Role
Take full ownership of the export sales function and drive sustainable commercial growth.
  • Identify and pursue new overseas markets, working to clear and ambitious commercial targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and promotional plans in line with budget objectives
  • Plan and attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and overseas client visits
  • Build lasting relationships with key accounts and proactively generate new business leads
  • Support annual budget preparation, expenditure planning, and variance analysis
  • Contribute to product competitiveness through market research and packaging improvements
  • Champion food safety compliance across relevant certifications (HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, Halal)
What We're Looking For
A motivated, results-focused sales leader ready to drive growth across international markets.
  • Diploma or above in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Proven track record in export or international sales
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and certifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable with regular international travel
