The Role

Take ownership across FRCS platforms:

• Build and maintain integrations for Legal, Fraud, GRC, and Compliance platforms
• Administer APIs, middleware workflows, and data transformations to meet evolving business demands
• Monitor system health, triage incidents, and resolve issues promptly
• Uphold data governance, security, and regulatory compliance across assigned systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and system behaviour
• Support upgrades, patch cycles, and regression testing
• Contribute to CAB reviews, incident reporting, and post-implementation validations
• Spot automation opportunities and drive targeted technical improvements
• Keep technical documentation, SOPs, and integration records current

What We're Looking For

A technically grounded analyst with a compliance or risk systems background:

• 3-7 years in technical systems support or integration roles
• Experience with specialised platforms - Legal, Fraud, GRC, Compliance, or Audit
• Practical knowledge of APIs, middleware, and automation tools
• Solid grasp of data structures, workflow logic, and system interdependencies
• A track record of resolving complex issues and delivering stable solutions
