Our client is looking for a Functional Analyst to take ownership of their Record-to-Report (RTR) function and deliver real improvements across a complex finance environment.

The Role

Step into the full RTR lifecycle:

• Convert RTR requirements into actionable ERP system specifications
• Configure, test, and deploy RTR features across ERP and consolidation systems
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting validations
• Diagnose and resolve issues across journals, GL postings, and subledgers
• Verify data flows across ERP, EPM, and other finance platforms
• Manage UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Collaborate with Technical Analysts to maintain integration touchpoints
• Spot opportunities to automate RTR workflows and cut manual effort
• Keep documentation, SOPs, and training materials current
• Support audit and internal compliance requirements across RTR

What We're Looking For

A strong RTR background with real impact to offer:

• 3-7 years in RTR, finance operations, or ERP functional roles
• Sound knowledge of GL, financial reporting, fixed assets, and reconciliations
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, or Workday (RTR or GL modules)
• Experience supporting financial close cycles and driving process improvements
• Confident in converting finance needs into clear system solutions
