ERP Functional Analyst - P2P (Telco industry)

Own the Procure-to-Pay Function

Our client is seeking a Functional Analyst to take full ownership of their end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) function and drive meaningful improvements across a complex, fast-moving environment.

The Role

Take ownership across the full P2P lifecycle:

• Translate business requirements into actionable ERP system specifications
• Configure, test, and support deployment of P2P features across ERP platforms
• Troubleshoot issues spanning purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice processing
• Validate data integrity across procurement, finance, and inventory systems
• Plan, execute, and manage UAT activities and defect resolution
• Collaborate with Technical Analysts to maintain key system integrations
• Spot opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual processing across PTP
• Keep functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials current
• Support audit and compliance activities across PTP processes

What We're Looking For

A solid P2P background with the drive to make an impact:

• 3-7 years in PTP, procurement operations, or ERP functional roles
• Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, vendor management, and AP processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Workday (PTP, MM, or AP modules)
• A track record of improving procurement processes in complex, large-scale environments
• Confident in translating business requirements into practical system solutions
