e-Sourcing Procurement Assistant Manager

Our client is a renowned financial services player in its respective industry. With presence of over 50 years in the field, they are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to handle e-sourcing Procurement operations.

Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager of e-Sourcing Procurement, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and own e-sourcing/auction procesess through the system compliance
  • Identify, strenghten and manage e-Auction pipelines of projects with responsibility of deliverance
  • Drive additional cost-saving implementations and defining the best approaches to e-sourcing
  • Set up and configure e-Auction events and provide support during live events to suppliers and sourcing managers
  • Particpate in ad-hoc project assignments and continous improvement activities to streamline and improve operational procedures.

The Right Candidate MUST possess:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, handling e-sourcing related activities in a Shared Service organization is preferred
  • Proficiency in ERP/Procurement systems
  • Experience in Source-To-Pay tools in areas of eRFx and eAuction
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • High level of initiative and motivation
  • Good time management skills
  • Good level of English communication, additional language capabilites are an added advantage
