Our Client

A leading financial institution is seeking a senior change agent to drive key operational and process improvement initiatives to ensure business excellence across the regions.

About the Role

• Implement change management across current system and processes; recommend best practices to achieve operational and process excellence
• Collaborate with senior business partners, take ownership and hold self-accountability on delivery and implementations of the roadmap
• Modernise current platforms with scalable and cost-effective methods to seek continuous improvement and enhance client experience
• Deliver timely and accurate management information to senior management to ensure an effective communication, business decision making and risk mitigation
• Adopt Lean Six Sigma practices to promote cultural and technological best practices across the regions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, banking, accounting and finance
• Minimum 15 years' experience preferably in banking and financial services sector
• Strong and successful records in implementing change in notable business and operations
• Lean Six Sigma, automation and programme management experience will be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones in a matrix organisation
