This is an incredible C-suite opportunity for an experienced asset management leader to take strategic ownership of a complex portfolio of assets. The Role

Leading strategic asset management and technical value creation across a complex transit network:

  • Shape and implement asset management strategies that maximise safety, reliability, and lifecycle value across the network
  • Drive digital transformation, including enterprise asset management systems, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making
  • Take full governance of the asset lifecycle, from initial commissioning through to operation, overhaul, and decommissioning
  • Maintain full compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements, supported by continuous risk assessment
  • Oversee Park and Ride operations, revenue management, and Railway Protection Zone compliance and engagement
  • Build and inspire high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

A technically grounded, strategically minded leader ready to elevate transit asset management:

  • Degree or Master's in Engineering, Asset Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A proven record of delivering digital transformation and technical improvement programmes, ideally within transportation or infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards, condition-based maintenance approaches, and the regulatory landscape for transit assets
  • Strong analytical, financial, and operational oversight capabilities
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
