The Role

A hands-on, high-impact position where your expertise shapes business performance:

• Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts, driving measurable improvements in accuracy across regional markets
• Act as the central coordination link across commercial, supply planning, export, and marketing teams
• Support Integrated Business Planning cycles and help deliver trade activations and new product launches
• Monitor inventory risks and collaborate with supply planning to maintain service continuity
• Convert market data and demand trends into clear, actionable business insights
• Maintain KPI tracking and reporting systems to support ongoing operational improvement

What We're Looking For

You'll bring analytical rigour, strong communication skills, and a proven planning track record:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of planning experience, ideally including time in food or FMCG
• Background in demand planning, sales operations, or supply chain coordination
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
• Collaborative, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a cross-functional setting
