The Role

Supporting demand and supply planning across a multi-brand portfolio, you will:

• Lead monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
• Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts by SKU, incorporating promotional plans, new launches, and market trends
• Reconcile supply to demand plans, proactively addressing shortfalls and excess stock situations
• Manage rolling supply procurement from global suppliers, monitoring shipments and inventory fill rates
• Prepare monthly S&OP reports, KPI summaries, and inventory analysis for brand stakeholders
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on slow-moving stock management and clearance planning

What We're Looking For

A proactive planner ready to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment:

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or a related discipline
• At least 3 years' experience in demand and supply planning
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Experience with SAP, IBP, or statistical forecasting tools is an advantage
• A background in beauty, fragrance, or a multi-brand environment is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working independently
