The Role
You'll be the driving force behind demand forecasting and inventory strategy, ensuring the right products are available at the right time. Day to day, you'll be:
  • Developing and managing demand forecasts and inventory plans for finished goods
  • Monitoring supply status and proactively communicating risks and actions required
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to incorporate market trends, promotions, and supply plans into planning models
  • Leading weekly performance and planning reviews with cross-functional teams
  • Conducting monthly reviews of slow-moving and obsolete inventory
  • Collaborating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on demand projections and inventory strategy
What We're Looking For
You'll bring solid planning experience and the drive to deliver results. We're looking for:
  • 2-3 years' experience in supply chain, demand, or inventory planning
  • A background in FMCG is a strong advantage
  • Confident SAP user with strong IT and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
