Deals Advisory/Consulting - Manager/Director

About Our Client:

We are currently recruiting for a multinational professional services firm, who is looking to hire a Manager/Senior Manager/Director for their consulting arm. You'll gain end-to-end deal exposure, access global networks, and engage directly with C-suite executives and private equity investors.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll lead or support commercial due diligence engagements and strategic advisory projects:

• Leading or supporting end-to-end commercial due diligence engagements, including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, business plan validation, M&A, etc.
• Conducting primary research through expert interviews and market participant engagement.
• Identifying commercial, operational, and financial risks and value drivers to support investment decisions.
• Managing workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality client-ready outputs.
• Contributing to business development, market entry assessments, value creation initiatives, and team development.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or CFA.
• Experience in Big 4 advisory department would be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or financial databases is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
