The Role

Here's what you'll be delivering:

• Gathering business requirements and designing intuitive Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals
• Implementing dynamic RLS to ensure secure, role-based data access in line with governance requirements
• Integrating and transforming data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and Lakehouse environments
• Applying data validation and reconciliation processes to maintain report accuracy and reliability
• Producing clear documentation and empowering users through training and self-service analytics enablement
• Collaborating with IT, business, and operational teams within Microsoft Fabric and Databricks environments

What We're Looking For

You'll bring the following to the table:

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI development
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI report design
• Working knowledge of Row-Level Security and data governance practices
• Experience integrating data from diverse sources including SQL, APIs, and Lakehouse environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in clear, non-technical terms
• End-to-end ownership mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
