Customer Success Executive
Our client is the world's leading software company that provides a one-stop event management platform for global clients. Over the 5 years, it has successfully open 4 offices across the globe and continually expanding the business.
As a Customer Success Executive, you are mainly responsible for building strong relationship with clients and tracking the users' status while figuring out if there are any issues. Also, you will be responsible for the Customer Service hotline and emails inquiries in a professional manner. Moreover, to collect, handle and follow up with clients' feedback with internal departments.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder with minimum 2-3 years' experience in customer service
- Knowledge in software products/solution is a big plus
- Passion for technology and event industry
- Self-motivated, approachable with positive attitude
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
