A leading multinational organization is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join its regional APAC operations team in Kuala Lumpur.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Customer Service, Order Management, OTC, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Shared Services environments who are looking to gain regional exposure within a structured multinational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related matters.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Monitor order status, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery activities.
• Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, OTC, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Shared Services.
• Experience handling high volume customer orders.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced regional environment.

Language Requirement

• Business proficiency in English.
• Business proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
