CRM Technical Lead

Our client is one of the largest banks in Malaysia that based in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • The CRM Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to the technical team for projects
  • Manage technical team day-to-day and work closely with the Project Managers
  • Ensure technical issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Responsible for technical direction of the project and end-to-end technical assurance
  • Participate in all work product review sessions described in the Quality Plan to ensure compliance with the technical design
  • Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project


Requirements:

  • 6-8 years' experience in Java Development and SQL
  • At least 2 years in leadership role
  • Good to have Web Services, Unix shell scripting, and MQ integration experience
  • Had worked with banking domain or Managed IT project delivery & support in financial institution
  • Handled Project delivery and support experience on CRM platform
