The Role
Focused on indirect spend - from spare parts and MRO to facilities management and security services.
  • Source and procure indirect materials, equipment spare parts, and service contracts including FM and security
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, tracking performance across pricing, delivery, and quality
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive terms and deliver meaningful cost savings
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and produce spend reports and performance indicators
  • Conduct price benchmarking and support annual contract negotiations and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and internal procurement policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgeting and cost reduction initiatives
What We're Looking For
Here's what you'll bring to the table.
  • Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' procurement experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of indirect categories - MRO, facilities, or services procurement
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and engage effectively across functions
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia and regionally as required
