Confidential - Sales Manager

Job description


Our client supplies a wide range of raw materials to manufacturers of products such as Animal Nutrition, Cosmetics, Food Nutrition and more. They have offices across multiple regions around the world and Malaysia has been established as the regional hub for South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director.
  • Identify and develop new customer base to ensure long term growth for the company.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers.
  • Managing the full sales cycle with support from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide aftersales support to strengthen customer relations.
  • Work with regional teams to coordinate sales and marketing efforts across South East Asia.


Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of sales/business development within the animal nutrition/food ingredients industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field, qualifications in Food Science would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in driving the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
