The Role

A seat at the leadership table - driving people strategy end to end:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and organisational culture
• Advise the CEO and senior leaders on all people-related matters, from talent to transformation
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development initiatives
• Manage compensation structures, payroll operations, and benefits in line with market standards
• Champion employee engagement, internal communication, and an inclusive workplace culture
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, HR policies, and data privacy requirements

What We're Looking For

A credible HR leader with the experience and gravitas to deliver:

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Master's or HR certification is an advantage
• 10 - 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within administrative services, BPOs, or service-based industries
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment law, HR best practices, and modern HR technologies
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Infotech, Ramnet, or BrioHR
• Proven background in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and full-spectrum HR operations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead change
