About Our Client

Our client is a leading organisation within the automotive and manufacturing sector, with a strong and established presence in the region, seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design and governance of total rewards frameworks, strengthen pay and benefits competitiveness, and ensure consistent, performance‑driven reward practices aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with organisational strategy, market practices, and evolving business needs.
• Lead market benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay and benefits structures across the organisation.
• Oversee executive and broad‑based reward programmes, including salaries, incentives, bonuses, and equity arrangements, ensuring strong governance and clarity.
• Develop and enforce compensation policies and recognition programmes, working closely with HR and business leaders to reinforce performance‑driven rewards.
• Manage vendors, audits, and programme effectiveness, optimising external partnerships while continuously evaluating and enhancing reward offerings.
• Provide strategic advisory and leadership, guiding senior stakeholders on reward decisions while mentoring and developing the compensation & benefits team.

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
• Comes with at least 7 years of experience within a compensation & benefits or relevant role.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulations, market trends, and compensation principles.
• Strong command of analytics and strategic business acumen to provide strategic advice to the senior leadership team.
