Our client is a well-established multinational solutions provider with a strong footprint in food and beverage manufacturing. Seeking a commercially driven Head of Division to lead their Malaysian F&B business unit, this is a permanent, flexible role for a seasoned leader ready to own a sizeable portfolio and deliver real, measurable growth.

The Role

End-to-end ownership. Commercial ambition. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Developing and executing the F&B manufacturing business strategy to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability growth
• Taking full P&L ownership, including revenue, gross margin, pricing, and overall profitability
• Driving new customer acquisition while deepening relationships with key national and multinational accounts
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales and technical service team
• Partnering with regional and global stakeholders to align local strategy with wider business objectives
• Monitoring business KPIs and implementing timely corrective actions to stay on track

What We're Looking For

A proven commercial leader with MNC pedigree and the gravitas to lead at scale? Here's what you'll bring:

• 10-15 years of commercial experience in F&B, FMCG, or food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated end-to-end P&L ownership - revenue, gross margin, and profitability
• Proven ability to lead larger teams with meaningful direct and indirect management responsibility
• Experience in consultative and value-based selling, with exposure to recurring revenue models
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments with exposure to regional & global stakeholders
• Strong commercial negotiation, financial acumen, and strategic planning capabilities
