Our client, a leading global consumer goods business, is currently recruiting a Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join their HR team in KL. Covering the Asia Pacific and China region, you will be providing analytical support, program and system administration, project management and process improvement to the organisation from a C&B and HRIS perspective.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead participation in C&B surveys, working with the APAC HR team
  • Staying abreast of industry and market trends, providing suggestions to senior management
  • Project management of compensation & benefits projects through to completion
  • The main POC for HRIS issues, providing systems and operational advice to countries throughout APAC
  • Work with Global HRIS team, responsible for cascading updates and ensuring best practice across the region
  • Maintain the HR dashboard for APAC reporting requirements and conducting SOX audit on a quarterly basis

Skills & Experience required:

  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced HRIS experience and able to provide solutions to senior Regional leadership
  • Knowledge of Mercer, Towers Watson or Hay Group job frameworks
  • Given the exposure to China, Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Experience within an HR Consulting firm is preferred but not essential
  • At least 5+ years' experience within Compensation & Benefits, with 1-2 years HRIS experience
