Company Secretary (Manager / Senior Manager)

Job description

  • Schedulling and arranding meetings for Board and Board Committees.
  • Draft circular resolutions and minutes of company.
  • Prepare and verify minutes and statutory forms.
  • Ensure timely update of the statutory register on changes in shareholders, directors, managers, secretaries, etc.


  • Must be certified under MAICSA.
  • At least 5 years working experience in related field in Banking / Insurance industry.
  • Experience in attending meetings (Management or Board) would be added advantage.
