The Role

From tenders to trade shows, here's what you'll be doing:

• Coordinating the end-to-end tender and quotation process, including submissions, approvals, and outcome tracking
• Preparing commercial proposals, reviewing contractual terms, and maintaining quotation registers
• Serving as the central coordination point between commercial, operations, finance, and customer service teams
• Managing the CRM platform, ensuring pipeline accuracy, data quality, and performance reporting
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and customer engagements
• Supporting brand governance, PR activities, and the creation of marketing materials
• Providing administrative support to the commercial leadership team

What We're Looking For

A go-getter with commercial instincts and a knack for people? Here's what you'll bring:

• Minimum 3 years in commercial coordination, sales support, business development, or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with an adaptable, proactive mindset
• A background in energy, industrial services, engineering, or related sectors is a plus
• Event management or organisation experience is an added advantage
